Following the EU’s antitrust ruling, Google has developed a program for price comparison engines which has made them appear on general search websites since September 2017. The aim of this initiative is to increase competition in Google’s Purchasing advertising space.
How does it work?
Product advertising activity in Google Purchasing continues to be administered by Google Ads.
You can still manage your Google Ads account yourself or give it to us.
The only change is the management of the operation from the Merchant Center account for the price comparison engine (CSS).
The customer’s main destination will remain unchanged and will transfer directly to the product’s website of the seller.
The only change for the user is the name of the provider in the advertisement – instead of “via Google” he will see “via SalesTube”.
